For physicians and physician assistants whose licenses are expiring on 01/31/2016, all CME credits must be recorded in CE Broker (CEBroker.com), the official CE/CME electronic tracking system for Florida’s health care professionals and the Florida Department of Health. There is no cost to create a basic account with CE Broker, although additional subscription options are available to best meet your needs. The CE/CME electronic tracking system is designed to simplify CE/CME reporting. This easy and convenient system will allow you to track your CE/CME history by digitally storing your hours and certificates. Even if you have never logged into CE Broker, you already have a free account. Go to CEBroker.com, click on “Get Started” and follow the prompts to create the Basic Account. It is that easy!
To help you better understand the new CE/CME tracking system, the Department of Health is hosting live webinars. In the webinars, you will learn how the process works and see what happens if you are not fully compliant when you renew. You will also see a demonstration of CE Broker, including how to create a Free Basic Account, view your course history and report continuing education.
These webinars are approximately 30 minutes long and are Eastern Standard Time. To register for a webinar, please click on one of the following dates:
If you are unable to attend one of the webinar dates above or would like additional guidance, the Board of Medicine staff has put together the CE Broker Sign-Up and Reporting Guide—a step-by-step guide to assist you with reporting your CME credits.
Be stress free: Record CE/CMEs far before the deadline and be renewal ready.
