RESIDENTS ARE YOU READY TO RENEW?

1. Determine whether you qualify for full licensure, if so, do you wish to apply for full licensure? To apply for full licensure, click here: http://floridasosteopathicmedicine.gov/licensing/osteopathic-medicine-full-licensure/

2. If you wish to renew your resident registration follow the steps below.

  1. Resident renewals must be completed by paper application. Select the link below for the application.

  2. Osteopathic Medicine is a screened profession which requires background screening at initial licensure and/or renewal of licensure. If you have not submitted your background screening see the following page: http://www.flhealthsource.gov/bgs-requirements

  3. We will import your supporting documentation from your initial application; however, if you have not previously provided the following documents, please submit them with your renewal application.
    1. Your diploma if it has not already been provided.
    2. A letterhead from the school/hospital providing the date you graduated. (This date may not be anticipatory, it must have already occurred)
    3. Submit your application with your $100 fee.
