MQA Quarterly Performance Report

MQA Reports Section 456.005, Florida Statutes , requires the Florida Department of Health (FDOH), Division of Medical Quality Assurance (MQA) develop and implement a long-range plan. This plan serves as a road map for accomplishing our mission and is com- municated through MQA annual and quarterly performance reports . The quarterly performance report is required by Section 456.025(9), Florida Statutes .
