Important Renewal Notice

Due to impacts from Hurricane Hermine to the State of Florida, Governor Rick Scott issued a state of emergency for 51 counties. The Florida Department of Health, in accordance with Executive Order 16-205 and Executive Order 16-206, has therefore extended license expiration deadlines for clinical lab personnel and radiologic technologist licensees whose license expired at midnight on August 31, 2016. The new licensure expiration date is midnight on September 30, 2016. Any active license not renewed before this time will go into a delinquent status. Final renewal for Dental Laboratories has also been extended to midnight on September 30, 2016.
