House Bill 713

House Bill 713 repealed Section 460.4166, Florida Statutes (F.S.) Registered chiropractic assistants effective July 1, 2020. This means as of the effective date July 1, 2020, Registered Chiropractic Assistants (RCA) are no longer regulated by the Department of Health and will not be required to register and pay a biennial certification fee to the Department to work as an RCA in a Chiropractic Physician’s office.
